Step 1 — Build Your Folder

You do not need a meeting. Answer a few questions about how your business runs right now. Your answers turn into your folder. We build everything else for you from that folder.

Rough is fine. Blank is fine. “I don’t know” is a real answer. We write it down as “not known.” We never guess. Do not think too hard — how things really are is what counts.
Section 1 of 10

Your order

What did you choose?

If you came from the order page, your choice is already picked. If not, pick it here. That way your folder goes with the right product.

Cash App payments go to $Blakailabs. For the $499 choice, the BlakAi Labs fee is $199. The $300 Texas Form 205 fee is paid by you, straight to Texas.

1. Your projects and your time

Start with what you have today. Not the dream — the real thing.

Write 1 on each line: the name, then what it is.

Example: “Big Al’s Tacos — a food truck.” Then on the next line: “Big Al’s Catering — food for parties and work events.”

Example: “Monday to Friday I cut hair, 9 to 5. At night I answer messages and book chairs. Sundays I buy supplies.”

Example: “About 30 hours a week.”

Example: “My online coaching. It pays the bills right now.”

2. What matters most

Example: “Catering. One party pays like 3 days at the truck window. I want more of those.”

A start date, a due date, a busy time of year. Write the date and what happens on it.

Example: “Dec 1 — the holiday rush starts. I need my booking page done by then.”

3. Who it is for and what repeats

Say it like you would tell a friend. Not like an ad. Write 1 line for each project if you can.

Example: “Busy moms near my town who want a clean house but have no time.”

It can be 1 job, 1 client, 1 day of work, or 1 order. Name it. Then list the steps in order, 1 on each line.

Example: “One client week. Monday: I send the plan. Wednesday: I check in. Friday: a video call, and we set up next week.”

4. How you keep track of things

An app, a notebook, your phone, or just your head. Write what is true.

Example: “A notebook in the truck, and the contacts in my phone. That’s it.”

Example: “Square shows my card sales. Cash goes in a notebook. My cousin does my taxes from both.”

“Just me” is a fine answer.

Example: “Maria runs the jobs. Two part-time cleaners help on Fridays. I do the books and hold the keys.”

5. Where things live

Your folder will not move any of this. It just needs to know where things are.

Example: “One folder called ‘Coaching Stuff.’ Inside it are client folders and a folder of videos.”

“None” is a fine answer.

Example: “None. I just use Square and Instagram.”

Example: “Apple Notes, on my phone.”

Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, or something else — or “none.”

Example: “Google Drive. My checklists live there.”

Email drafts, notes on your phone, paper, photos of pages, a board on the wall — any place at all.

Example: “Voice notes on my phone, and sticky notes on my desk.”

6. The AIs you use

Write 1 on each line. “None yet” is a fine answer.

Example: “ChatGPT — I write posts with it, and I answer reviews with it.”

Words you use, prices, plans — things saved nowhere else.

Example: “ChatGPT knows my price list. It is saved nowhere else.”

7. What has been lost

Most people skip this part. It is where a folder helps the most.

Example: “Yes. I picked a new pay day in a chat. A month later I could not find it, and we argued about it.”

Example: “Last month it lost a full week of post captions I had written with it.”

Example: “My menu and my prices. I type them again every time I start a new chat.”

8. A few more questions

Answer the ones that fit you. Skip the rest. Skipping is an answer too.

The rest can help it, or stop being used. Tell us which way you want it.

Example: “ChatGPT. Claude can stay as a helper for long posts.”

Example: “Maria can move a job time if a client asks. She cannot give a discount, and she cannot hire anyone.”

The words, the plan, the choice — any small bit helps us build it again.

Example: “The exact words of my welcome note for new clients. I had it just right.”

Example: “The menu on my truck. If the one online is not the same, the truck wins.”

Or should they stay out until you say yes?

Example: “First names are fine. No phone numbers. No home addresses.”

9. The choices that stay yours

These are choices an AI must never make without you. We save them in your folder word for word. When a job hits 1 of them, the AI stops and asks you.

Write 1 on each line. Think of prices, promises to customers, dates, and spending money.

Example: “Change a price. Promise a clean date. Give a discount. Hire or fire anyone.” (1 on each line.)

10. About you and your business

Last part. Your name and email are how we send you your folder and give you access to it. Do not skip those 2.

Example: “Jordan Smith.”

Example: “you@yourshop.com.”

Or write “not named yet.”

Example: “Big Al’s Tacos.”

Example: “I cut and color hair in a small studio. Most clients find me on Instagram.”

Example: “Dallas, Texas. We drive to homes.”

“Brand new” is a fine answer.

Example: “Two years. It started as a side job.”

If you filed with the state and got an LLC, pick “LLC.” If you never filed anything, pick “Nothing set up yet.”

You can skip this. If you skip it, prices are marked “not known.” No one will guess them.

Example: “Tacos $4 each. Plates $13. Catering starts at $15 per person.”

Plain? Friendly? Funny? Serious? Say it your way.

Example: “Warm and short. Lots of emojis. Like a friend, not a shop.”

Example: “‘Cheap.’ And never ‘spotless, we promise.’”

Think of prices, posts, spending, and promises to customers.

Example: “I say yes to all prices and posts. My helper can reply to comments on her own.”

Example: “Two catering jobs a month, and I stop typing my menu into chats.”

Read my setup

Here is what you have right now, in plain words. Anything blank shows as not answered yet. It goes into your folder as UNKNOWN, with the 1 question that would answer it. We never guess. You can go back and fix anything before you send it.

Keep that file. It holds your answers in a form any AI can read. It is the same file your folder is built from.

Got it — your folder is being built.

Your answers are in. Here is what happens next:

1. Your folder — your brain — is built from your answers. One folder for each project. A file with your choices. A file with your voice. And a map that shows where everything lives right now. Anything blank is marked UNKNOWN. We never make up facts to fill a gap.

2. You get the folder as a zip file. It is yours. It is also put in a private home online, under the email you signed up with. Any AI tool you use can read it from there.

3. From now on, everything we build for you is built from that folder — not from notes all over the place.

If you saved a copy of your answers just now, keep that file as your backup.
